Postpartum Support:
Brain & Eye Development - each capsule provides 300mg DHA. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal brain and eye development of breast-fed infants**
Bones - 700mg calcium, vitamin K & D and magnesium which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones
Vitamin D - includes 10µg vitamin D, the exact level as advised by the UK Department of Health during breast-feeding

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS:
Adult Women:  1 PREGNEER BREAST-FEEDING TABLETS PER DAY, PLUS ONE (1) OMEGA-3 CAPSULE PER DAY, WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Take on a full stomach.
Can be started at any point after childbirth, and used for as long as required during and after breast-feeding.
