DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS:
Dietary supplement to the diet can be recommended as an additional source of vitamin C. Method of use: adults and children from 12 years old up to 4 lozenges per day. Avoid eating and drinking for 30 minutes after dissolving the lozenge.
