WHAT DI3CALT MAX CAPSULE: 
Di3Calt Max is the combination of Calcium Citrate and Vitamin D3 used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets. Having the right amounts of vitamin D and calcium is important for building and keeping strong bones.
It may be used to treat conditions caused by low calcium levels such as bone loss (osteoporosis), weak bones (osteomalacia/rickets), decreased activity of the parathyroid gland (hypoparathyroidism), and a certain muscle disease (latent tetany).
It may also be used in certain patients to make sure they are getting enough calcium (e.g., women who are pregnant, nursing, or postmenopausal, people taking certain medications such as phenytoin, phenobarbital, or prednisone).
 
Calcium Citrate needed for maintenance of normal bones, muscle, nerves, and cell’s function. If there is not enough calcium in the blood, then the body will take calcium from bones, thereby weakening bones.
Vitamin D3 contributes to normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
 
WHY IS CALCIUM IMPORTANT DURING PREGNANCY?
Calcium helps strengthen your baby's rapidly developing bones and teeth, and boosts muscle, heart and nerve development as well. Plus, it's still as important as ever for your teeth and bones. calcium supplements help prevent pre_eclampsia and preterm birth and lower the risk of a woman dying or having serious problems related to high blood pressure in pregnancy. Your doctor may recommend a calcium citrate supplement if you are having trouble getting enough calcium or you are at risk for high blood pressure in pregnancy.
 
HOW TO TAKE DI3CALT MAX:
Adult and Children above 12 years old:
1 capsule daily, with a full glass of water, with or without meal.
 
DO NOT TAKE DI3CALT MAX:
If you are allergic to Calcium citrate, vitamin D or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. 
If you have high levels of calcium in your blood (hypercalcaemia). 
If you have high levels of vitamin D in your blood (hypervitaminosis D). 
If you have kidney stones or serious kidney problems 
 
SAFETY INFORMATION:
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not Recommended for children under 12 years, and individual sensitivity to certain components.
 
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store at temperature below 25ºC and relative air humidity no more than %75. Keep out of the reach of young children.
