HOW TO USE: Brush teeth at least twice daily, especially after meals and before bed. Use a gentle technique, holding the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gums, and brush all surfaces of the teeth and tongue. Rinse the brush thoroughly after each use and store upright to air dry. It is recommended to replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if bristles become frayed.
